Mission Statement

The mission of the Vanderburgh County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is to effectively and efficiently represent the State of Indiana in criminal court proceedings; maintain a fair and diligent pursuit of justice; invest in technology and training opportunities to fuel an innovative approach to prosecution; deepen partnerships and collaboration with law enforcement agencies; invest in community endeavors that work to better the circumstances of crime victims; partner with organizations who are working to combat crime and/or provide services to crime victims; and continue to protect, serve, and advocate for the citizens of Vanderburgh County.
